Fitness Journeys
Journeys are designed to achieve a specific end result ranging from weight/fat loss, adrenal reset, or a specific fitness and sports performance goals. Included are detailed metabolic assessments, a training plan consisting of a blend of Private and Semi-Private sessions, nutrition mapping and lifestyle recommendations. Journeys are very personalized and are the most comprehensive, best value for attaining significant health and fitness goals.
Metabolic Testing
We perform testing to assess Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2 Max in order to accurately determine one’s caloric burn and the associated energy sources while at rest and during exercise. This information forms the basis for designing a nutrition and lifestyle plan to affect weight loss, weight gain, and/or fitness performance.
Personal Training
We craft a plan that is rooted in exercise science, behavior change principles, and enjoyment so that you can embrace your journey and achieve your desired health and fitness goals. We offer two types of Personal Training: Traditional (Weights, Bands, HIIT, etc) or Pilates Equipment based training on the Classical Reformer, Tower, Ring and Spine Corrector.
Semi-Private Sessions
Semi Private training offers a hands-on experience at an affordable price. Work up a great sweat with a friend or make a new one while getting an amazing workout with a personal trainer. Choose from Barre, Pilates Mat, Weights and Yoga.
